Privacy Policy

01Scope

This policy covers how RSX Forms — the form platform at forms.roaxcean.com — collects and handles data from people who fill out forms published by RSX Group. It does not cover RSX Group's broader website, Discord server, or Roblox experiences, which have their own policies.

02What We Collect

When you submit a form, we store:

• –The field values you typed or selected — exactly what you entered, nothing more.
• –A submission timestamp (Unix epoch, UTC).
• –An anonymous session token generated in your browser, used only to prevent duplicate submissions. It is not linked to your identity.

We do not collect your IP address, device fingerprint, cookies, or any identifier beyond the session token above.

03What We Don't Collect

• –No account registration or login is required to submit a form.
• –We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party scripts on form pages.
• –We do not collect browser metadata, screen size, or behavioral data.
• –We do not share or sell submission data to any third party.

04Where Data Is Stored

Form responses are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database (SQLite at the edge) operated exclusively by RSX Group. Data is processed and stored within Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare's own data processing terms apply at the infrastructure level — RSX Group does not host or operate its own database servers.

05Who Can Access Responses

Only authorized RSX administrators can view submitted responses. Admin access requires a valid API key and is further protected by Cloudflare Access. No third party has access to response data. Submissions are used solely for the purpose stated in the form itself (e.g., processing applications, organizing event signups).

06Data Retention

We don't have a fixed automatic deletion schedule. Responses may be deleted manually by RSX admins at any time, or retained indefinitely for operational purposes. If a form is deleted, all associated responses are permanently deleted with it. If you want your submission removed, contact us via Discord.

07Your Submission Token

To prevent duplicate submissions, a random token is generated in your browser and stored in localStorage under a key specific to the form. This token is submitted alongside your answers and stored in our database. Clearing your browser storage removes it. This token cannot identify you — it is a random UUID with no link to any account or personal data.

08Children

RSX Group operates within the Roblox ecosystem, which includes younger users. RSX Forms does not knowingly collect any information beyond what is typed into form fields. Forms are not designed to solicit personal information from minors, and admins are expected to scope their forms appropriately.

09Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when the platform changes in ways that affect data handling. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. We won't make retroactive changes that materially alter how previously-collected data is used without notice.
