01What RSX Forms Is

RSX Forms is an internal form platform operated by RSX Group. It is used to collect applications, signups, feedback, and similar structured submissions from RSX community members. It is not a general-purpose public service.

02Who Can Use It

Forms published through RSX Forms are intended for RSX community members and people interacting directly with RSX Group. If you're filling out a form, you were directed here intentionally. Unsolicited access attempts or automated submissions are not permitted.

03What You Submit

When you submit a form, you are providing information directly to RSX Group. You agree that:

• –The information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• –You will not submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
• –You will not attempt to submit the same form multiple times to circumvent limits.
• –Submission does not guarantee any outcome (acceptance, response, or action).

04Data You Submit

Responses are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated by RSX Group. Your submission is tied to an anonymous session token — no account is required, and no personally identifiable data is collected beyond what you explicitly type into the form fields. 05Admin Access

Form creation, management, and response viewing are restricted to authorized RSX administrators. Admin access is protected by API key and Cloudflare Access. Attempting to access admin functionality without authorization is prohibited.

06Form Availability

RSX Group reserves the right to open, close, modify, or delete any form at any time without notice. Forms may have expiry dates. Closed forms will not accept new submissions.

07Prohibited Use

• –Submitting spam, automated, or scripted responses.
• –Attempting to extract, scrape, or enumerate form data or responses.
• –Abusing submission endpoints beyond normal use.
• –Using form submissions to transmit malicious content.

08No Warranties

RSX Forms is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime, data preservation, or that your submission will result in any specific outcome. This is an internal operational tool, not a commercial service.

09Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of any RSX Forms link after a change constitutes acceptance.
